Year-Round Protection is Essential in Egypt
Unlike temperate climates where fleas and ticks are seasonal, Egypt's warm weather means parasites are active year-round. This makes consistent prevention absolutely critical for pet health.

- Cat Fleas (Ctenocephalides felis) - The most common flea species, affecting both cats and dogs
- Brown Dog Tick (Rhipicephalus sanguineus) - Very common in Cairo, can transmit Ehrlichia
- Sand Fleas - Found near Nile and canal areas
